Our Brand

To embody our values of culture, art, and exceptional craftsmanship, we chose the name Neyge, Derived from Kannada word ನೇಯ್ಗೆ, it translates to ‘Weave’ - represents our brand's dedication to preserving and promoting traditional weaving techniques.

Founder - Sakshi

Sakshi, the visionary behind Neyge, has a deep-rooted love for India’s rich artisanal heritage and culture. Growing up in a family of weavers community, she was immersed in the traditions and craftsmanship of textile artistry from a young age. Sakshi developed a strong desire to preserve and promote the art of weaving. She recognized the immense value of the craft and the stories woven into each thread, and she wanted to share this heritage with the world.

Sakshi’s vision for Neyge goes beyond just showcasing beautiful sarees. She aims to create a fulfilling journey for the weavers and empower a women-led workforce. By bridging the gap between traditional craftsmanship and contemporary fashion, Sakshi envisions a platform where the artisans' skills are celebrated and where modern women can connect with their cultural roots through the elegant drape of a saree.
